PUNCHED GRID TYPE RESISTANCE BOXES

We at ‘TSS’ Manufacture Stainless Steel (Grade 304) Punched Grid type Resistors, which are designed to meet requirements of both A.C. and D.C. applications for speed Control and Developing Starting Torque. The specifications comply with BSS: 587:1957. The Housing of Resistance Boxes is of Heavy Gauge sheet steel, well ventilated, Natural Air Cooled type.

Application

EOT Cranes, Sugar Mills, Rubber mills, Cement Factories, Mines, Power Plants, Conveyors, etc.

The Resistors are manufactured for current Ratings from 7 Amps to 800 Amps and in 5 minutes, 10 min. 1/2 Hour, and Continuous Rating. This rating is the total time during which Resistors will remain in Circuit over any 15-minute cycle.

Higher ratings are possible by using multiple parallel paths. For Resistance Boxes following data should be submitted along with enquiry.
