The Raw Material, Forgings and Shafts used for wheel assembly is unpretentious, before processing it goes under numerous tests procedures like chemical, physical analysis and Ultrasonic to ensure defect free production.

A wheel is heat treated to specified hardness by means of Harding & tempering procedures.

Our wheel ranges from 150 mm Diameter up to 700 mm Diameter as per customer specifications.
